As alles volgens plan verloop, behoort daar teen die einde van die jaar ses eenhede gereed te wees vir okkupasie. Die res van die ontwikkeling behoort oor drie jaar klaar te wees.

Volgens Hannes Noëth, uitvoerende direkteur van Solidariteit Helpende Hand, is dit vir Helpende Hand ʼn voorreg om deel te wees van waarskynlik een van dié instansie se grootste projekte ooit.
